Apply University is a student recruitment agency, and we assist users with their future study abroad plan. We provide services with the applicants’ admission and visa procurement, to study in a program in one of our partner or non-partner educational institutions across the world with the help of our counsellors.
To do this, Apply University collects the applicant’s personal data. This Privacy & Policy sets out the manner in which we collect, use, disclose, and manage personal data.

We currently collect and process personal identifiers (email, address, telephone, mobile, date of birth, gender), contacts, financial information, health information, professional and employment data, and any information that you choose to provide to us that helps your applications.
How we get the personal information and why we have it:
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for your admission and visa purposes. We also receive your information from third parties, such as banking references, credit reporting agencies, and live chats.
We may share this information with the schools, colleges, universities, or any educational institutions that you may ask us to apply to study, and any organizations that issue your student visa.

Your information is securely stored in the servers of our cloud service providers, and we take reasonable steps to protect your data. We keep the information until you register at the program at an academic institution. We will then securely remove your information from our database and system to ensure that the information is de-identified or anonymized as necessary.
